In 2025, we successfully delivered 300 sets of 1200mm × 900mm × 2000mm supermarket display shelving to a major UK supermarket chain and completed the full installation upon arrival. This important project aimed to help the client enhance display efficiency, load-bearing capacity, and consumer shopping experience during their store expansion and equipment upgrade.
At the start of the project, the client clearly outlined their requirements: the shelving must have a stable structure, strong load-bearing capacity, and a modern, simple appearance. Additionally, the system needed to accommodate the local high-frequency restocking patterns, supporting efficient and rapid product replenishment and display. Based on these needs, we recommended the 1200×900×2000mm stable structure shelving model, which perfectly matched the UK's retail market demand in terms of display capacity, shelf depth, and space utilization.
High Strength Design and Flexibility Optimization
The shelving delivered for this project is made from high-strength cold-rolled steel, with reinforced columns and shelves, allowing a load-bearing capacity of 80–120kg per shelf. This makes the system suitable for various products such as food, beverages, and household items, with fluctuating weights. The shelf height is adjustable, offering flexibility in product display and maximizing space utilization, enabling retailers to make the best use of their store space.
Logistics and Packaging Protection, Ensuring Damage-Free Delivery
For logistics and packaging, we designed a reinforced anti-collision protection plan to ensure that the shelves would not be damaged or deformed during long-distance transport. The 300 sets of shelving arrived safely at the UK port, and with the client’s team’s cooperation, we completed the full installation within 48 hours without any missing parts or quality issues.

After installation, the client gave high praise for the new shelving system: “The new shelving is incredibly stable, much stronger than our old equipment.
